I'm Joe. I found this land years ago—overgrown, quiet, alive. The moment I stepped onto this property, I knew I had discovered something special.

I built Cascade Azul to feel like a secret: modern comfort inside, wild jungle outside. Every condo and house was designed to blend seamlessly with the landscape while offering the amenities today's travelers expect.

Now we host travelers who want nature without sacrificing sleep. Whether you're here to surf, explore waterfalls, or simply disconnect, this place has a way of staying with you long after you leave.

Carlos and Lore's place was wonderful. The view from the balcony was perfect. It was so quick and easy to get to the beach or the pool. It was close to several restaurants and shops. The bed was very comfortable and the kids said the sofa bed was comfortable as well, I didn't try it. The place was a great size for our family and had everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner several times and wash most of the laundry before returning home. I would highly recommend Carlos and Lore's place.

Carlos & Lore had the perfect little condo on the beach! Loved to sit outside every morning and drink our coffee. Had to set up our canopy at 5am ish to get a spot down at the water. All that beach and just a small area for people that need more shade. (3 Red heads) They were very responsive when we had a question! Also provided a really nice book with lots of info! There were only 2 cons and one was the sheets for the king bed. They were ROUGH. I wish I had brought a set from home because the thin rough cotton was so rough on a sunburn. The pull out couch sheets were nice though. Secondly, the walls are so thin by the master. People would cruise the strip at night and REV their engines very loudly. We could hear the elevator but it just sounded like wind. So between the crotch rockets and the neighbors slamming the doors in the middle of the night, I didn’t sleep well. However, this was the absolute cleanest place we have ever stayed in Florida, including higher end hotels!

Beautiful veiw with easy beach access. However what made this stay unbearable was the elevators. Out of 28 floors there is only 3 working elevators and on the busiest side there is only one. Be prepared to wait 15-20 minutes just to get up or down from beach/parking garage. This is of no fault of the host. The condo is clean and as described.

You can book directly through our website by selecting your travel dates and completing the reservation. If you need assistance or have any special requirements, feel free to reach out to us anytime.

Our condo is part of Majestic Beach Resort and chock full of amenities. Majestic Beach Resort is centrally located on PCB with 5 pools, bars, restaurant, shop, Starbucks, movie theater with stadium seating, tennis court, pickleball court, … Well, you get the idea.

Check-in is typically after 4 PM, and check-out is by 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available depending on the booking schedule—just contact us in advance to confirm.

When checking out, please follow this checklist:

Please load the dishwasher and start it before you leave. Please empty the refrigerator. Please take the trash to the chute down the hall. Leave the bedding on the beds, the cleaning crew will strip them.
Don't forget to leave the blue wrist bands on the counter and do a final check for your personal belongings.
We have left a guest book in the living room and we invite you to leave a note about your stay.
Please text me when you have checked out. We may have another guest coming in after you and I will let my cleaning crew know when they can get started.

We’re always available to assist you. You can contact our support team via phone, email, or WhatsApp for any concerns or questions during your stay. We aim to respond promptly to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Cancellations:

Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away = Full refund.
Cancellation > 7 days before Check-In = 50% refund of Rental Rate + Cleaning Fee + Damage Deposit.
Cancellation <= 7 days before Check-In = Only Cleaning Fee + Damage Deposit is refunded.
